Shealyn McCoy

Yoga Instructor

Shealyn wants to share the same inner love and compassion she found on the mat with her students through a Vinyasa style flow influenced by both Hatha and Yin Yoga.

Professional Experience

Shealyn came to yoga in 2014 after practicing randomly on and off over the years. Yoga began as a physical practice, but did not stay that way. She found a sense of inner peace on and off of her mat. She realized yoga helped her build a greater sense of loving herself and her body. With her love for helping other and yoga, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at East Meets West Yoga in Buffalo, NY in 2017. As an instructor, Shealyn is determined to help people realize their full potential!
